Best Flooring Honolulu is an Oahu-based distributor and importer of construction materials. We sell retail, wholesale, and bulk quantities across Oahu and ship to all Hawaiian Islands.
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, container unloading, and customer order fulfillment in a fast-paced construction materials environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and prepare paid orders
- Unload inventory using a forklift from containers
- Organize warehouse space
- Open and close the warehouse (Mon - Fri 8 am to 3 pm, Sat 8 am to 11 am)
- Perform routine and quarterly inventory counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications:
- Experience operating a forklift and using standard warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset
- Prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to lift, carry and load product up to 75 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to Waipio / warehouse location
- Must be able to work on container arrival days (occasional extended hours)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $18–$24 per hour (depending on experience) + monthly performance bonus
- Overtime pay: 1.5× hourly rate for hours worked over 40 per week
