Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on General Motors vehicles.
Utilize OEM tools, technology, and service information to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Provide expert-level support and guidance to junior technicians.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism.
Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Stay current with GM training and certification requirements.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements
GM Master Technician certification is required.
Minimum of 3 years experience working on General Motors vehicles.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
