We are team-based residential property management company seeking someone with Filemaker and Office Admin Assistant experience.

* General technical, Web design, HTML, JSON, Javascript and PHP
* Hawaii Real Estate license: Active, inactive or enrolled in RE school.
Ability to:

* work independently with attention to detail and accuracy
* solve problems, issues and objectives, effectively, efficiently and expedieantly
SALARY RANGE: $60K to $70K commensurate with experience.
BENEFITS: Fully paid HMSA medical and dental plan, sick leave, vacation, parking, 401K.
HOURS: M-F, 8am to 5:00pm; off weekends and bank holidays.
