This is an old-style Laptop Lock ( I used it on a MacBook Pro ) and it works on my M-Audio Keystation. I used it and could leave my laptop in a crowded Starbucks to use the restroom without fear that my laptop would be stolen.

HOW IT WORKS
You must have a security slot on your laptop; one end of the lock cable goes into that slot and is locked in, and the cable is looped through the lock body and around a chair or table leg or something that cannot be moved by a casual thief . . . they would have to steal the entire chair as well and the laptop !

COMPATIBILITY
This is an older lock so you may not find information about it and your computer on line; you can come and try it if you do have a security slot.
