Dedicated office with ergonomic chair, fast fiberoptic wifi, and French doors opening to a 2nd floor deck under a monkeypod tree. Office available mornings (until 2pm) Monday/Wednesday/Friday, and all day Thursday/weekends. Happy to coordinate schedules.
🛌Your Bedroom:
Private room with bed, linens, AC, ceiling fan, and blackout curtains, desk (for anytime private workspace). Shared bathroom with only one other person (me). Covered parking in carport. Bike available for beach runs and neighborhood exploring.
🌳Outdoor Living:
Upper deck with hammock and table overlooking jungle and mountains. Downstairs patio with grill, fairy lights, and comfy armchairs. Small garden space if you like getting your hands dirty. HOA-maintained lawns and walkways.

I'm a professional entrepreneur and digital contractor in my mid-forties. Serene, peaceful, drug and smoke free home. I work from the office most weekday afternoons, enjoy low key world jazz and spiritual music, and rarely watch TV. 🌿Location Reality Check:
Waimanalo is a 5-minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes to Kailua (Whole Foods, Target), 20 minutes to Costco. It's NOT close to Honolulu or Waikiki (40+ min drive). This is country living - a small local village with walking-distance grocery, hiking trails, and Friday night live music at the cafe. A car is essential.
