Good morning / Afternoon Oahu
Residents,
My name is Stephen, I am offering Carpentry/ handyman service throughout the island of Oahu.
Please view a few pictures below which I provided. My rates a very reasonable $55.00 hr plus additional $17.00 when my helper is needed. I do work alone 90% of the time.
Any jobs two days or less will have a set price determine by scope of project.
I can remember when I had work done at my place my number two concerns were personal skill level and honesty. I can assure you I am more than qualified in both areas and will give you reassurance throughout mind. I am also trying to give some relief financially in this high priced economy.
I have been a craftsman for the last 29 years. I attend Home Builders Institutes in Boston, Ma. many, many moons ago. Lol
Below is a list of my skills:
Carpentry: rough and finish work.
Flooring: wood/ceramic.
Drywall: mud, tape, finish.
Window replacement.
Cabinetry, vanity, tub installation.
Painting: exterior/ interior.
Light masonry: walkways, steps,
patching.
Light electrical: socket and switch replacement, ceiling fan.
Light plumbing: pipe replacement under the sink in, kitchen and bathroom, fixture installments, sink replacement,
valve replacement, garbage disposal.
If you don't see what you need is on my list at least inquire about the project. There is always a formula for every project. 😁
