Aloha! I am a single active individual seeking a humble abode in Honolulu, HI or at least a 20 minute drive from Honolulu. I enjoy hiking (I took the photo in this post!), volunteering, gardening, and cooking. I have verifiable income as a full-time administrative assistant in Hawaii, no criminal record, and no eviction record. My monthly budget for a room/apt is upwards to $1200. I live a relatively peaceful life and I'm hoping to find a drug free/smoke free accommodation. I am open to a short-term lease, long term lease, or month-to-month lease with the move-in date being in December.
