Aloha for your kokua! I really appreciate help as I search for an UNFURNISHED, smoke free, ground level rental by May 1, 2026! After 22 years as lease holder in Aina Haina's Wailupe Circle, the house is being sold. I was blessed with many wonderful years in one of Hawaii's most sanctuary areas on Oahu. Onward I go on an amazing journey to find another peaceful rental as I dream of an enchanting cottage small home or one bedroom behind an Ohana estate surrounded with Hawaii lush and amenities offered! I love gardening, swimming in the "deep blue sea" & playing tennis! I do not have a pet, but would love getting a kitten, if allowed. With steady income as owner of a diverse entertainment company promoting local talents for corporate and family events since 1991 and being blessed as a PT substitute teacher in Honolulu's preschools, I am noted as a great Party/Event Planner and hard working "Magic" Teacher. No bad habits, non smoker, fantastic references, single, happy, fun, healthy, helpful, reliable and organized. Please reply if you have or know of a rental ideally close to the ocean in Hawaii Kai, Niu Valley, Aina Haina, Kahala or Diamond Head! Thank you for your replies, thoughts and recommendations.
