We are hiring reliable, professional, and punctual Security Guards for full-time and part-time positions. Days and hours may vary. Drug test and background check required.
Duties include:
Foot patrols / visible security presence
Monitor cameras & report suspicious activity
Write incident reports & daily logs
Issue house rule violations w/ documentation
Assist residents, vendors, and guests (customer service)
Walk stairs, climb ladders, rooftop meter/temperature checks
Install/remove elevator pads for move-ins/move-outs
Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Current Hawaii Security Guard Card (required)
Strong communication skills
Basic computer skills
Able to walk stairs for extended periods
Professional and dependable
