A 460-unit residential condominium located on the outskirts of Waikiki, is seeking motivated & dependable Security/Residential Specialists with a strong work ethic & positive attitude. Must be willing to work weekends and late shifts. We offer great benefits and a friendly team-based environment. Pay will commensurate with experience.
Job Description
• Greet and assist all residents, guests and vendors/contractors in a professional and courteous manner
• Patrol and secure building and its amenities such as pool, BBQ/cabanas, gym, party room, game room & library.
• Enforce House Rules and issue citations.
• Respond to emergency calls and complaints.
• Complete incident reports, daily log and surveillance reports.
• Assist with move ins, deliveries, elevator & party room reservations, etc.
•Verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with residents.
•Must have basic computer skills.
Education
•High School Diploma or Equivalent
•Guard Card Required
