1 bedroom for rent in 3 bed/1 bath house in Makaha. I am looking for a roommate to fill one vacant room in the house. The bedroom is unfinished. The third bedroom is currently used as an office space/guest room.
Off street parking.
Washer, dryer, and a clothes line.
Outside storage shed.
We have a large mango tree and some nice plumeria trees in the yard.
Must like animals! I have a dog and a cat. We can’t have any more dogs but another cat could be negotiated.
I am 31, work full time, and like to spend my free time outdoors surfing, hiking, and diving. I am looking for another woman similar age/lifestyle to share the space with! Looking for someone respectful, considerate, clean, and a good communicator!
Rent is $1150 plus $45 for water, and electricity. Electric is usually between $50-80 a month. The bedroom does not have AC but you could install a window unit if you want.
