This is a test (basically fishing) to see if there may be any like minded people out there ?
I have a large house on the Windward side with a couple of bedrooms available to rent.
ABOUT THE HOUSE :
The bedrooms are set up as guest rooms.
Fully furnished, bed, (queen or full size) dresser, desk, nightstand, lamp, ceiling fan, closet, etc…
Both Bedrooms share a full bathroom, large living room, complete kitchen, laundry, lanai (patio), yard, etc.
Parking for one car off street, right in front of the house.
It’s upstairs, second floor, unfortunately there’s no handicap accessibility.
The monthly rent is $850. or $950. for a larger bedroom.
Utilities are all included, (water, electricity, WiFi).
Monthly cleaning will add about $50. per month.
Of course the cost depends upon how clean the place is !
Cleaning fees are hourly.
We can divide the cost equally.
Hopefully monthly will suffice just to do the heavy lifting and deeper cleaning.
Absolutely no smoking, no kids, no pets.

ABOUT ME :
I am a senior male, 70+.
I’m non-binary and I’m starting hrt / mtf.
I am mostly androgynous in clothing, attire and attitude..
I’m a casual tee shirts and shorts type.
I like to cross dress occasionally, but just at home.
Obviously I’m very liberal socially and politically.
I like a clean, but comfortable and relaxed living environment.
Basically, I’m an aging hippie, kinda the old school peace and love type.
I no longer drink alcohol or do any illegal drugs, I don’t even smoke pakalolo (pot) anymore and I’d prefer not to be around it.
I just don’t have the time left to be sitting around being stoned.
I’m also vegetarian, I admit that I cheat occasionally but not at home. At least the kitchen is vegetarian.
I know that I’m unique but…
