While driving towards Barber's Point on Fort Barrette Road around 5am/7 Dec, I saw a multicolored white chested Sheltie Dog heading towards Kapolei Parkway. I turned around to try catching the dog and take to the Humane Society. I couldn't find the dog after I turned around. I asked a jogger and he said the dog was on the high school side of Kapolei Parkway heading Eastbound (Ewa Bound). I drove all the way to Ewa on Kapolei Parkway, but didn't see the dog. I think the dog went into the housing area just past the Kapolei High School. I am pretty sure the dog is still in the Kapolei housing area close to the high school or near the Kapolei Middle school. I hope the Sheltie is reunited with its owners.
