Mastercare is a locally owned home care agency, operating in Honolulu for the past 20 years. We are seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator for the Honolulu office to complete our team of caring individuals, and to oversee the quality of our Employment agency that we provide to all of our clients. We are looking for a focused and motivated individual who can work seamlessly with our team, and more importantly foster a positive working environment.
This position is responsible for the scheduling and coordination for all of our Temporary workforce daily shifts. Ensures staff levels are consistently optimal to accommodate the current client levels, as well as any unexpected growth through recruiting using different online platforms and in-person networking events/job fairs. And business to Business customer service by building relationship with better communication skills.
Compensation: based on experience. Full benefits, including medical, paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holiday, 401k retirement plan, and more.
Requirements: 4 year college degree
Recruiting experience will help
Temporary Employment Agency Experience is a plus
Exceptional interpersonal and communication kills required
Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
