Our boutique law firm, with offices in Downtown Honolulu, Waipahu, and the Philippines, specializes in immigration, family law, car accidents & personal injury, workers compensation, and Philippine law. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Paralegal to support our attorneys across multiple practice areas.

📅 A Day in the Life of Our Paralegal
🔹 Flexible Start: Arrive between 8:30-9:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
🔹 Office Schedule:
M-W-F: Work at our Downtown Honolulu office
T-Th: Work at our Waipahu office
✅ Morning:
Check messages & review the attorney’s schedule
Handle client intake, scheduling, and reception duties
Organize case files, process payments & track office expenses
✅ Afternoon:
Follow up with clients & coordinate between offices
Prepare attorney’s calendar & draft correspondences
Compile daily reports & organize files for the next day
🎥 Tech-Savvy? Great! Help manage video conferences via Zoom, Webex, FaceTime, Messenger, Skype, or Viber.
🕒 End of Day (4:30-5 PM):
🔎 What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is proactive, organized, and ready to take initiative.
✔️ Thrives in a fast-paced law office and can handle multiple tasks at once
✔️ Highly organized & detail-oriented—you love making lists & staying ahead of deadlines
✔️ Experience in a law office (immigration law a plus but not required!)
✔️ Strong writing skills—able to draft professional correspondences
✔️ Tech-savvy and comfortable with social media marketing (bonus!)
✔️ Fluent in Filipino? Great, but not required!
✔️ A team player—someone willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done
🔥 Most importantly, you should love working with people, be a strong communicator, and be ready to grow with us!
