We are seeking a highly organized, positive, proactive, time efficient and detail oriented individual for our fast-paced office. This position is for long term,full time hire. $48K - $52K/Annual starting with rate increases depending on job performance and skillset. Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM, one hour break daily.

Requirements:
* College degree.
* Excellent attendance.
* Able to answer/direct phone calls appropriately and courteously using proper grammar.
* Correspond to emails.
* Proficiency in 10-key, Microsoft Excel and Word. May be tested during interview.
* Typing 60 WPM.
* Able to physically sit in front of a desk and use a computer throughout the day.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Advanced mathematic skills.
* Your willingness to learn with a full heart!

Daily tasks MUST include but are not limited to:

* Assist all departments throughout the company; mostly Accounting, Bookkeeping,
Reservations, Inventory, Purchasing, Order desk, Admin, I/T etc.
* Data entry
* Restaurant knowledge, a plus.
