This position is for a professional, highly motivated multi-tasker responsible for providing outstanding customer services to all clients, employees, co-workers, and walk-ins.
𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐃𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒

𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Answer multi-line phone system.
• Greet and assist clients and employees with check pick-up.
• Daily written and verbal correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal staff.
• Assist with filing of paperwork when needed.
• Manage and Update Petty Cash.
𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬
• Send employee separation letters.
• Complete termination checklists as assigned.
• Contact employees to complete new hire paperwork.
• Process New Hire Paperwork – In person, via HRIS, and DocuSign.
• Assist implementation with new hire paperwork as needed.
• Handle unemployment claims, hearings, and appeals.
• Complete Low Weekly Earnings Claims.
• Complete employment verification requests.
• Assist with background checks and reference checks.
• Update and maintain certifications for various clients.
• Assist with minor questions and correspondence for various departments.
𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• Assist clients with setting up online trainings for clients, supervisors, managers and employees.
• Work with Safety to assist with coordinating online trainings.
• Work with Employee Relations to coordinate in person trainings.
𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬
• With team, present recommendations and assist in implementing quality initiatives.
• Provide support on any other duties as assigned.
𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒

Two (2) years of office administration experience, High School Degree
𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘
Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐏𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓, 𝐌𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒, 𝐕𝐄𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐔𝐒𝐄
Able to use all office equipment and have the use of a personal vehicle.

Office environment with air conditioning and moderate noise level.
