Large downtown condominium seeking a full-time administrative assistant to work with and be a part of our management team. Experience in property/residential management field preferred but not required. Computer literate candidates with great interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and integrity are being sought. Additional Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service both via phone and in person.
• Responds and acts upon all resident questions, concerns and complaints.
• Accurate Data Entry of routine correspondence and work orders.
• Coordinate/schedule work orders and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Handle a high volume of paperwork, correspondence, and reports.
• Assist with general office duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, copying, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Qualifications:
• High School Graduate (Diploma or Equivalent).
• Must have at least 2 years of administrative work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be able to maintain confidential information.
• Ability to work well independently and in a group setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
