We are looking for an Assistant Guest Coordinator to work full-time. This is a benefited position.
We need an independent, self-motivated, and detail oriented individual who is able to assist our Guest Coordinator. We are a Travel Agency and Property Management Company working with guests and owners primarily in the Kailua/Lanikai area.
Hours will be 9am-5pm with the exception of some evenings and weekends to stay within 40 hours a week.
This is a benefited position.
Availability to work some evenings and weekends is a must.
This is an employed position, no GET required.
Duties will include; covering phones, greeting guests, shopping, guest communications, calendar management, marketing, assisting the property managers, etc.
$15-$18 hour (DOE)
Ideally this person would be available to work increased hours during Summer and Holiday seasons. Availability during December is a must.
Majority of work will be in Kailua, however, there will be some work in Honolulu from time to time, therefore, a person located in Kailua is preferred.
-Apple product proficiency preferred
-Microsoft office suite proficient
-Guest Services experience preferred
-Car and Hawaii driver's license required
-Marketing experience a plus
