Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Conduct various tour estimation, tour quotation, and tour arrangements. Research and create tariffs, and collaterals based on specific market needs and pricing. Study and examine products and new programs needed for use by global inbound markets. Perform other duties as assigned.
- Communication skills both in English and Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) at the business level.
-1 year travel industry experience preferable.
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel,).
- Ability to professionally and effectively communicate and negotiate with employees, business partners, and clients in written and verbal communication methods.
-Problem solving and organizational skills.
-Must be accurate.
Work Hours 40 hours per week, between core hours of 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.(normally 8:00am -5:00pm), Monday to Friday, and as deemed necessary. Additional working hours seasonally, periodically, and as required..
