Local Investment and Financial Planning Firm with national and global affiliations seeking to fill positions for administrative assistants and investment marketing sales trainees.The assistants and trainees will assist the advisers in servicing clients with the comprehensive financial and investment needs.
This includes: Retirement planning, Investment Management, Life and Long Term Care Insurance, Real Estate and Mortgage Lending. Experience and background in the financial services and investment industries are preferred but not required,training will be provided.
Ideal candidates should have the following:
*one year minimum administration assistance and sales experience
*good communication in both writing and speech
*organizational skills*computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*ability to multi-task*teamwork attitude with administrators and other client service associates
*office equipments experiences
*social skills, positive attitude
*interest in business and finance
*good financial background/score
