Comes with case, new unused mouthpiece, cork grease, some unused reeds, polishing cloth. I bought this off a friend who was moving but I never had the time to learn to play. Can't tell you too much more since I am not a player, but feel free to take a look and/or make an offer. I'm just trying to clear out my storage, so am open to negotiation.
