2004 vintage Strat.
Made in Mexico; let's just get past the 'Made In Mexico" is not as good as "Made in The US" . . . it's a sweet Fender Strat ! Serial Number: MZ4058537
Sweet sound, perfect playability.
Purchased in Boulder, CO sometime back then (I can’t remember exactly when but I think it was 2004 or maybe 2005).
Original color: Gun Metal Blue

Repainted in 2005/6-ish by Tom Kelley of Santa Barbara (https://www.independent.com/2016/03/07/tom-kelley-wizard-guitars/) to original Fender specs & paint: Fiesta Red
Used in-studio only (excepting one song at The James Joyce in Santa Barbara pre-2009).
New electronics harness/pots installed in Honolulu in 2023.
New tremolo springs installed in Honolulu in 2023.
