We recently purchased a condo. The sellers had just installed new flooring throughout, but we need to change it because it does not go with all our colorful and some patterned furniture. We have not yet moved in, so will replace the flooring before we do that.
It was installed in December last year, and there were two occupants in the condo with very little furniture for only 8 months. The floor is in mint condition.

If you want to take the floor apart yourself, the flooring is $360. There is no furniture yet in the condo.
If you don't want to pull up the floor yourself, then we can get you a quote to have a handyman remove it and pile it in a corner of the room for you to come to get. We can get you a quote for delivery as well.
