About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales & Events Development Manager to drive wholesale growth and execute high-impact brand experiences for Maui Grown Remedies across Oahu. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on building and growing wholesale accounts across retail, spa, hospitality, and golf channels, while bringing the brand to life through in-person activations.
What You’ll Do
Wholesale Sales & Account Development (Primary Focus)
Identify, prospect, and open new wholesale accounts across Oahu, including retail, spa, hospitality, and wellness partners
Build strong relationships with buyers, therapists, and operators
Conduct product training, sampling, and in-person visits
Drive reorders and long-term account growth through consistent follow-up
Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and active accounts
Events & Brand Activations:
• Plan and execute targeted activations including:
- Spa and hospitality demos
- Remedy Bar™ experiences
- Golf and lifestyle activations
- Select high-impact events and showcases
• Coordinate logistics, setup, and on-site execution
• Represent the brand with professionalism and consistency
• Capture leads and translate event activity into wholesale opportunities
Events are a core part of the role and are expected to directly support wholesale growth
and account development.
Cross-Brand Support (MGT):
• Support select Maui Grown Therapies initiatives, including:
- Community and internal events
- Education-based activations
- Strategic partnerships where aligned
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in sales, events, or account management
Strong in-person communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in the field across Oahu
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Experience in wellness, hospitality, CPG, or a related industry preferred
Ability to balance sales execution with event delivery
Passion for natural health, performance products, and community engagement
