compensation: $18-$35/hour dependent on experience

Work on a contract basis with a General Contractor who has over 30 years experience. Primarily renovation projects and additions. Pay depends upon level of skills and experience; range is from $18 to $35 per hour - paid bi-weekly. This is not a cash job. You will have to fill out a W9, get paid by check every 2 weeks; and will get a 1099 at tax time.

Particularly looking for skilled tile setters and experienced carpenters, but also need general laborers with basic construction knowledge. Work includes tile setting, carpentry, roofing, plumbing and concrete. Must be punctual, reliable and have good attitude. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Most of the work is in Kahala and East Honolulu.
