Best Flooring Honolulu is a flooring store, owned and operated by a Ukrainian family.We sell different types of flooring in retail, bulk and wholesale. Apart from selling vinyl plank flooring, laminate, ceramic tile, carpet, and hardwood we also offer installation services as a licensed C-21 flooring contractor.
Job Description:
We are seeking a punctual, responsible, and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join the Best Flooring Honolulu team. This role involves unloading containers, organizing warehouse space, collecting paid orders, and performing inventory counts using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other standard warehouse equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and prepare paid orders
- Unload incoming containers
- Organize warehouse space
- Open and close the warehouse
- Perform routine and quarterly inventory counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications:
- Experience operating a forklift and using standard warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset
- Prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry and load product up to 75 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $20–$24 per hour, based on experience and forklift proficiency
- Overtime pay: 1.5× hourly rate for hours worked over 40 per week
- Forklift experience premium: Higher starting rate for certified and experienced operators
