Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to assist with daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for handling inventory, preparing shipments, receiving deliveries, organizing materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates are reliable team players who can perform physical work in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments
• Sort, organize, and store products in designated warehouse areas
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping or delivery
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock control
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Assist with general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Report damaged inventory, shortages, or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
• Basic attention to detail and organizational skills
• Forklift certification is a plus (if applicable)
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
Physical Requirements
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to work in indoor or outdoor warehouse environments depending on assignment

** $200 Referral Bonus (w/ 80hrs worked) **
** Every 1,560hrs worked you will receive 40hrs BONUS pay **
