Growth Opportunity: We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company. This entry-level position offers a clear path to becoming a Lead Installer, with opportunities for increased responsibilities, higher earnings, and commission-based compensation.
Work Environment: Our projects are primarily located in the Kaka‘ako area, where we service many of Honolulu’s premier condominium developments and commercial properties.
Responsibilities: This is an entry-level support position. Your primary role is to assist the Lead Installer with logistics and setup to ensure a smooth installation process.
Duties include:
Assisting with transporting tools, ladders, and window covering products
Assisting with loading and unloading materials (Ability to comfortably lift and carry 30+ lbs)
Helping with setup and preparation at job sites(Comfortable working on ladders)
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Experience & Compensation:
No Experience Needed: If you are reliable and quick to learn, we will train you. Starting pay is $20–$25/hr + tips
Experienced Handymen: If you have experience with power tools and basic installations, we are happy to offer a higher hourly wage based on your specific skill level.
Work Schedule & Flexibility: We offer flexibility to fit your existing schedule:
Flexible Hours: Anytime between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Days: Monday through Friday.
Flexibility: You let us know your available days/times each week, and we will schedule our jobs around your availability
