Performs variety of maintenance duties related to company property. Assist and work under Resident Manager or Maintenance Supervisor performing necessary repairs and preventive maintenance on rental units.
Responsibilities:
• Replace locks and keys
• Check weather stripping, windows and doors
• Replace carpet and/or tile
• Patch walls
• Check electrical fixtures, replace bad lights, plugs, switches etc
• Check plumbing
• Test smoke alarms and replace if defective
• Test appliance operation
• Change A/C filter, check coils, clean when necessary
• Caulk counter tops, sinks, bathtubs etc as needed
• Perform annual unit inspections
• Ensure the turnover of units (make-ready) within 5 days
• Paint and touch up common areas
• Maintain tools and equipment in good safe working order
Qualification:
• Regular and predictable attendance
• 2+ Year of related apartment maintenance experience
• Knowledge and skills in Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance
• CADL, Clean DMV and Reliable Transportation
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00am - 4:30pm)
Staring Pay: $22 per hour
Job Location: Honolulu Area
** WEEKLY PAY ** Health Insurance and Paid Holidays available **
** $200 Referral Bonus (w/ 80hrs worked) **
** Every 1,560hrs worked you will receive 40hrs BONUS pay **
