Innova Cleaning Solutions is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Team Leader / Cleaning Crew Member to join our residential and commercial cleaning team in the Honolulu area.
We are looking for someone who enjoys cleaning, takes pride in quality work, and is comfortable working independently while also leading a small team.
This position is a great opportunity for someone with professional cleaning experience who wants steady daytime work, better pay, and the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
Most jobs are located in Hawaii Kai, Diamond Head, Kahala, Ala Moana, Manoa, and nearby Honolulu areas. Occasional jobs are available in Kailua, so a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license are required.
This is a hands-on role. You will clean with the crew while helping ensure every job is completed with care, detail, and professionalism.
Pay & Growth
Pay ranges from $22–$30/hour depending on experience, reliability, cleaning skills, leadership ability, and responsibilities.
Team Leader pay can reach $30/hour for the right candidate.
Training starts at $22/hour for candidates with little or no professional cleaning experience.
Candidates with cleaning experience will complete paid company training to learn our standards, systems, and procedures before becoming a Team Leader.
Long-term reliable team members may have potential access to additional benefits, including health insurance in the future.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning
Lead, guide, and support helpers when assigned as Team Leader
Drive your own vehicle to different job locations
Transport supplies and equipment
Keep storage areas organized, stocked, and clean
Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures
Communicate professionally with clients and management
Report job updates, timing, issues, and special instructions
Ensure each job is completed on time and according to company standards
Requirements
Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
Professional cleaning experience preferred
Leadership experience is a plus
Must have a reliable car
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to drive to homes in Honolulu and occasionally Kailua
Available Monday to Friday, usually between 9 AM and 3 PM
Comfortable working 5–6 hours per day depending on the schedule
Able to follow checklists, procedures, and company standards
Legally eligible to work in the U.S. as a W2 employee
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Schedule
This is a steady part-time position, usually Monday through Friday.
Most days are around 5–6 hours, but the schedule may vary depending on homes and job locations.
Typical hours are 9 AM to 3 PM, with occasional weekends depending on the schedule.
