About the Job
Innova Cleaning Solutions is hiring a Team Leader & Cleaner to work in the Honolulu area. We’re looking for someone reliable, responsible, and experienced in detailed cleaning who can work independently and lead a small team when needed.
This is a hands-on cleaning job. You will clean with the crew and ensure every job is done on time and with high quality.
Responsibilities
Residential and commercial cleaning
Lead and support helpers when assigned as Team Leader
Ensure cleaning tasks meet company standards
Drive and transport helpers when needed (mileage paid)
Transport and organize cleaning supplies
Keep storage area clean and stocked
Communicate professionally with clients
Report updates to management
Requirements
Cleaning experience preferred
Leadership experience preferred
Must drive + have a reliable car and valid driver’s license
Able to work in Hawaii Kai, Diamond Head, Ala Moana, Manoa, etc.
Monday–Friday availability (sometimes weekends)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
Eligible to work in the U.S. (W2 employment)
Pay & Benefits
$22–$30/hour
Paid training ($22/hour)
Mileage paid when using your own car
Flexible schedule
In-person work, Honolulu area
