We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Full - Time Maintenance Technician.
Responsibility:
*General Maintenance and repairs
*Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues
* Routine inspections and upkeep
*Maintaining cleanliness and safety of property
*Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Qualifications:
*Previous Maintenance experience is a MUST
*Basic knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, and repairs
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Reliable transportation
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic
