We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our Cleaning Team. With over 20 years of trusted service in our community, we specialize in preparing homes and apartments for new tenants, homeowners, and property managers.
Pay Range
• Entry-level cleaners: $18–$20per hour (training provided)
• Experienced 2 or more years: $22-$25 per hour.
(Performance-based increases for speed, reliability, and quality work.)
Job Duties Include:
• Deep cleaning kitchens (in&out cabinets, appliances, countertops)
• Scrubbing & Stain Removal in bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors
• Baseboards, doors, trim, and detail work
• Interior & Exterior window cleaning
• Vacuuming and mopping all flooring
• Removing dust, buildup, and residue from vacant units
• Preparing units for inspection and turnover
Requirements:
• Move-out or deep cleaning experience preferred but not necessarily
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently or in teams
• Professional attitude and reliability
• Able to lift 25 lbs and remain active during shifts
