This dish measures 18-1/2 inches long by 4-1/2 inches wide by 1 inch deep. Because of Nambe’s ability to retain both hot and cold temperatures, food served in Nambe will remain piping hot or freshly chilled. Preheat or chill Nambe, then lightly coat the interior with cooking oil. This is a used item in good vintage condition, with slight signs of wear.
