Aloha,
I’m a mellow 63 y/o man looking for a ground level room/studio with a separate entrance on the bottom or side of the house. An on site parking space on premises is required because I work at night. It’s a lot to ask living on Oahu but I’m the best reliable low-key tenet you can have! I’m looking for unfurnished, quiet, long term, no cigarette smoke or cats. I rarely have any visitors and just go about my daily routine. Easy access in and out for my 9 foot surfboards and peaceful environment would be nice. I have a full time job and always pay my rent on time with a excellent credit score of 815. I can also provide good landlord references.
