Everything appears to function properly from what I can tell including the hydraulic lift flexion mechanism and drops. Buyers are welcome to come inspect and test all functions in person. There is minor surface rust on some hinge hardware areas. Mostly cosmetic and may benefit from a little TLC but it does not seem to affect function.
