Salary: $70,000 minimum to start. Depending on Experience.
The monthly Bonus ranges from $300 to $700 depending on sales.
4 weeks Paid vacation on an accrual basis annually.

Responsibilities
• An Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of operations for the restaurant, kitchen, and bar.
• Responsible for assisting in the achievement of planned sales and profit levels for the restaurant through the implementation, management, and enforcement of company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.
• Assists to directly supervise all non-exempt employees during the hours of restaurant operation.
• An Restaurant Manager is accountable for assisting in the administration and operations to ensure execution of all employee duties to guarantee maximum guest satisfaction and a quality work environment.
• Reports directly to the General Manager.
Required Key Qualifications
• The interested candidate will be a proven leader and achiever that have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with two or more years of experience of management in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent supervisory, communication, and guest service skills is required.
• Valid driver's license Or ID.
