These two routers were briefly in my system before I upgraded the whole network to 2.5GB.
I have installed OpenWRT [device page: https://openwrt.org/toh/linksys/e8450 ] which is an open-source upgrade for factory firmware. OpenWRT gives you fine-grained control over your router and lets you do things Belkin would not.
For this router model you can NOT go back to factory firmware - which would be a mistake anyhow as corporate factory firmware generally has backdoors and flaws that won't be corrected.
They have been reset to default configuration - review the OpenWRT website for setup and other information. I will NOT be your support technician; while these can be relatively simple to set up, you should probably already be interested in securing your network and have a technical interest or bent.
Selling both, preferably together. If you want them individually, $40 apiece.
