compensation: $20/ - $25 hour depending upon experience!
Professional business owner who works out of 39th floor Kakaako Condo 2bdrm, would like a housekeeper who is experienced and professional to do all the basics:
• Cleaning - Basic
• Clothes Wash & Dryer (New machines are in the apartment)
• Change Linens - Make Bed(s) normally is one bed unless guest is here
• Manage household
• Normal Bathroom Cleaning
• Apartment Floors,
• Etc . of the basics
Clean Kitchen and Bathrooms. (I will take this post down when I fill the position. I am just posting today - the 18th .)
If you are interested to assist with local food shopping, or prepare an occasional meal or other basic assistant work that would be wonderful - although not required.
Housekeeping and organizing is 3 - 4 hours is the essential job. The other work is an additional hours depending upon what work you can do.

You must have excellent references. Prefer an experienced housekeeper who lives near by.
Long distance driving has never been a long term solution.
If you have particular skill in ; cooking, Admin. or other areas, I would be very pleased to discuss your assistance with that as well. I own a local international business, however I prefer to work from my home and I have lived in Hawaii for 35 years.
I would really appreciate if you would supply a detailed history of your work experience. I understand it is a part time position, however, it is my home and it makes it more personal so I like to have a feel for who you are.
Please do not send an email that states, "i am interested in your job contact me." I would not invite some one to my home with that effort.
