The Customer Service Representative will help create a fun and engaging experience for guests through courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while upholding 808 Bounce LLC safety regulations.
Schedule: Monday through Sunday, part-time.
Location: Ala Moana Center, Honolulu.
$12 per hour starting pay.
Grand opening is scheduled for October 25, 2020. Candidates must be available October 19 through 24 for interviews, training, and other work activities.
• Ability to count, use a cash register, keep track of sales, and fill out a simple daily sales report.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Must be able to interact and communicate well with children, parents, and staff members.
• Ability to enforce rules.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move heavy equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Handle cash transactions with customers.
• Make sure waivers are signed.
• Greet and assist customers.
• Make sure party rooms and staff are running on schedule.
• Answer all phone calls; return phone calls before shift is over.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Sanitize bouncers, vacuum the stores, take out trash, clean tables, tidy tables and chairs.
• Ensure children and parents follow store policies.
