We're looking for an instructor who's comfortable giving a surf lesson for up to 4 people. Lessons begin with a 15-30 minutes land portion and then spend ~1hr in the surf catching waves.

All accepted applicants will go through paid training and certification before instructing solo.
We're looking for 1-2 instructors , and have both full-time and part-time availability.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Outstanding customer service record.
- Someone who's great with children.
- Moderate athletic ability (for towing and long paddles).
- Intermediate (or better) surfing ability.
COMPENSATION
- $22-$27/hr (with opportunities for more with experience and commitment)
- Pay Includes a Base Hourly Rate Plus: Tips, Commissions, & Bonuses
