Job Summary: The General Manager for Car Washes will oversee the daily operations of the car wash facility, ensuring a high level of service for customers while maintaining an efficient work environment for employees. This role requires strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, while upholding the company’s customer-driven and professional culture. Working hours are commensurate with a 50-60 hour work week dictated by workload, repairs, and deadlines.
- Direct the effort of the Car Wash Managers and teams for routine daily operations and cleaning of all spaces and areas.
Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are operational in accordance with safety and operational standards.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
- Lead by example ensure all team members are attentive and providing a high level of professional service to all customers. “At the Customers Convenience!”
- Get to know employees and build strong working relationships to create a supportive work environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position: General Manager for Car Washes
Compensation: Salary range starting at $80,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, knowledge, and qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Valid Hawaii Driver’s License, clean driving record
