1977 Westsail 32
Westsails are classic world-cruisers, solid and reliable. Overall, she is in good working condition. The most glaring exception is the diesel, which is shot. Instead, she has a stern bracket and a 9.9 HP outboard which was recently serviced and is perfectly capable of pushing her out of the Ala Wai and back. I had intended to replace the inboard with an 18kW water-cooled electric motor kit from Thunderstruck-EV. The price is reflective of the fact that she will not be a true inter-island boat until the repower is complete. I have about $900 in canvas covers being sewn for the mainsail and hatches right now--they'll be included and onboard in December.
