There are four 2 bedroom/2 bath units on 2nd floor, and four 1 bedroom/1 bath units on ground floor. All have full size garages (two car for 2 bedroom, one car for 1 bedroom) with some additional parking for guests. Very high-end industrial style design with A/C in living areas and bedrooms.
