I’m an independent insurance broker partnered with Symmetry Financial Group, headquartered in Suwanee, North Carolina, and I’m looking to add a few motivated people to the team.
This is a remote, independent (1099), commission-based role. You build your own book of business and control your schedule, workload, and growth path.
I personally run this business alongside a pilot schedule, working from different locations and time zones. This model works anywhere you have a phone, computer, and an internet connection.
This role is a strong fit for people with non-traditional, rotating schedules, even those on fixed schedules wanting to work evenings or weekends including:
*Aviation / aircrew
*Nurses and healthcare professionals
*Teachers
*Truck drivers and transportation workers
*Anyone who needs schedule flexibility and location freedom.
You can work East Coast hours, Hawaii hours, or anywhere in between.
What the role involves:
*Advising families on life and health-based protection solutions
*Relationship-focused conversations (not high-pressure sales)
*Independent work with optional team and leadership growth
*Fully remote operations
*This role requires a full-time work ethic, even if you start part-time. Results come from consistency and follow-through.
Support provided:
*Licensing guidance and onboarding
*CRM and application systems
*Access to 30+ A-rated insurance carriers
*Structured training, mentorship, and leadership development
Who this fits:
*Coachable and willing to learn
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Comfortable working independently
*Positive, team-oriented mindset
Sales experience is helpful but not required. Many successful brokers come from customer service, healthcare, education, or service backgrounds.
Licensing:
*215 Life & Health license, or willing to obtain your license (support and guidance provided)
Compensation:
*Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
*Income tied directly to effort and consistency
*Long-term opportunity for residual income and leadership roles
