Wanting to let go of our timeshare. Owned it since 2000. One bedroom one week every other year. Floating red week.
Just pay for tittle change ( deed ) out of our name to yours. Ok found a tittle company that can transfer deed to your name and it’s yours. They charge $475.00 and Soleil my timeshare company charges to transfer all for $150.00. So $625.00 or there about and it’s legally yours. Every other odd year floating week so you can pick when you can. Maintenance fees are under $500.00 and I bought the deal for membership fees for 5 years for $250.00.
Nice resort and area. Can exchange anywhere that’s available but then pay exchange fee. But if you’re wanting to go to Maui on the cheap this is for you.
