This isn’t just a boat job. It’s The Apprentice, ocean edition. We’re looking for part-time crew members who can rise to the challenge of early mornings, golden sunsets, curious kids, whale sightings, and salt spray, all while staying calm, capable, and professional.
Our tours are small, family-friendly, and personal. We run snorkeling adventures, whale watch trips, and sunset cruises where guests feel like part of the crew, not just another number. Every trip matters. Every family matters.
The Challenge
Crew members are expected to show up early, take responsibility seriously, keep families safe and informed, and learn our way of doing things. This is an entry-level position, but experience working on Maui waters is a plus. We are looking for someone teachable and adaptable, not locked into habits from past employers.
This role requires integrity, accountability, and respect for the ocean, the boat, and the people onboard. Doing the right thing matters here, even when no one is watching.
