Maui-Molokai Sea Cruises is pleased to offer an opportunity to join our Ohana, as a Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver at our Kahului warehouse location.
We are hiring part-time, and full time positions, starting at $27 per hour, with management opportunities for some candidates, offering additional compensation. Shifts are Wednesday through Saturday, from 8:30 to 5:30 (full-time) and 4:30 to 8:30 (part-time).
We are a family owned and operated business with over 30 years experience, creating career opportunities for management and lateral growth within our group. Many on our team have been with us for decades, and advanced to positions of greater responsibility after being provided with the tools and training to succeed.
Our warehouse facilities provide supplies which support our charter boats daily operations. We are seeking motivated individuals to take charge of deliveries and warehousing. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, physically strong, with positive energy (vibes), and a detail oriented person who thinks on on your feet, and enjoys independence throughout the day, as you become increasingly more familiar with the daily operation.
Your responsibilities include:
-Delivery of supplies to our charter boats from Kahului to Maalaea Harbor
-Manage warehousing/delivery/receiving operations
-Follow efficient warehouse and delivery procedures
-Warehouse organization, inventory management
-Inventory receiving and processing
-Maintain delivery vehicles, fuel, oil, cleaning
Requirements:
-Reliable and punctual
-Good communicator
-Ability to lift 40 lbs.
-Must be available to start by 5/16/2025, or sooner
-Must live on Maui
-Clean Driving Abstract
-Detail oriented and goal driven
-Organized and a self-starter
-Team player with positive energy
Pay and Benefits:
-$27 per hour to start.
-$500 bonus after completion of 90-day try out.
