Construction Project Manager
We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced residential environment and takes pride in delivering quality homes on time and on budget, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
You'll oversee residential construction projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, ensure code compliance, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout each build.
What We're Looking For
3–7 years of project management experience in residential construction
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)
PMP or equivalent certification a plus
